Ordering and Payment

When giving the names for the title deed documents, please note that there is only space on the documents for names around 35 characters (including spaces and the title part of the name).  If you request names longer than this we will use our discretion to shorten them in order to fit on to the title deed document.

Payment Methods Accepted

For UK customers, we can accept payment by Visa or Mastercard credit and debit cards, Paypal, or cheques / Postal Orders. These should be made payable to Highland Heritage Services.

For customers outside the UK, we can only accept payment by credit / debit card or Paypal. We regret we are unable to accept payments by other methods such as money orders or bank transfer.

If you wish to pay by Americal Express, you need to use the Paypal payment opting in the shopping cart, as we do not have the facility to accept American Express payments through our own payment account.

If you experience any problems making your payment with American Express, please make sure that you have opted to use Paypal for your payment.
